High School Preparation (HSP)

At Focus Language School, our High School Preparation program caters to international students aged 13 to 17. Our curriculum is developed by experienced professionals endorsed by industry quality assurance bodies. Our teaching pedagogy provides a comprehensive and integrated approach to learning, so that our students can develop academically and socially, along with improving their English proficiency.
General English (GE)

At Focus Language School, General English is offered to students of all English abilities. We aim to improve your reading, writing, listening, and spoken English with a focus on how the language is used in real life, to give you the ability and confidence to use English outside of a classroom setting.
English for Academic Purposes (EAP)
CRICOS Code: 078161E & 078162D
The focus of the EAP course is to develop English language proficiency for academic use, which students will require in order to study alongside native speakers in further and higher education. EAP 1 bridges the gap between General English and Academic English. EAP 2 focuses on developing students' academic English skills to prepare them for vocational level studies and follow them into tertiary studies.
English@Work
English@Work is a non-accredited program designed by Focus to empower university graduates and young professionals from non-English backgrounds to confidently and successfully communicate in a business environment.
