At Focus Language School, there are a range of policies and procedures to protect your rights as a student with us, and to ensure that you have the best language learning experience. 

To understand more about your rights and responsibilities as an international student in Australia, please take a look at the Australian Government's information sheet for international students. The ESOS frameworks are laws set in place to ensure the protection of international students, and this framework includes the Education Services for Students Act and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students, which includes the ELICOS Standards.
