Agent Application Form

Please complete the AGENT APPLICATION FORM to become an official education agent. As a partner, you’ll help students access our English language programs and support their educational journey in Australia. We look forward to working together!

Student Application Form

 Student Deferral, Suspension, and Withdrawal Form

If you need to withdraw, suspend, or defer your studies, please complete THIS FORM. Our team will review your request and assist you through the process.

Student Leave Application

If you need to apply for leave, please complete the STUDENT LEAVE APPLICATION form. Our team will review your request and provide confirmation or further details. We’re here to support you during your time away from studies.

U18 Welfare Checklist

To ensure all under 18 students are well looked after, please complete the U18 WELFARE CHECKLIST or under 18 students prior to their commence of studies here at Focus Language School.

Request to Refund Form

We understand that plans can change. Our REFUND REQUEST FORM allows students to apply for a refund in accordance with our refund policy. We strive to process all requests efficiently and transparently, ensuring that eligible refunds are handled promptly.
