IELTS Preparation

The IELTS Preparation course is designed to help students achieve their target score, while developing skills applicable to other academic English tests such as PTE and LanguageCert.

The course focuses to develop key exam skills across all four components — Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking — using real exam materials and proven strategies.

Students will improve their accuracy, fluency, and confidence while learning effective techniques to manage time and maximise their performance on test day.

Course Structure

Course Length:

Minimum 4 weeks

Maximum 30 weeks

 

Hours:

20 hours per week  

Morning Class - Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 12:50PM

Evening Class - Monday to Thursday 4:15PM to 9:30PM

 

Entry Requirements:

  • This course is aimed at adult students. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of course commencement.

  • Successful completion of Upper Intermediate level or above of the General English course or EAP Level 1, or

  • Achieve a satisfactory result in an ELICOS placement test, or

  • Demonstrate English level by providing evidence from an internationally recognized English language test (for example, IELTS Band 5.5 with no band < 5.0).

Assessment: 

Types of assessment include speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
